A colour identifier for iPhone. Point the camera at something, and it tells you what colour it is.
Reading a colourFill the square target box in the centre of the screen with the colour you want to identify. Get close enough that the box contains only that colour. The name appears at the bottom of the screen and updates live.Saving a colourTap the large shutter button. The reading freezes on screen and is added to your saved list. Tap it again to go back to the live view.Your saved coloursTap the clock icon. Tap any row to copy its hex code. Swipe a row left to delete it, or use Clear to empty the list. The torchTap the lightning icon to turn on the phone's light. Useful in dim rooms, where cameras struggle to judge colour.CalibratingCameras are influenced by the light in the room — warm bulbs push readings orange, overcast daylight pushes them blue. To correct for this, fill the target box with something you know is white or neutral grey (a sheet of paper works), then tap the sun icon. Readings afterwards are corrected for that lighting. Tap it again to turn the correction off.
If the app shows a black screen asking for camera access, tap Open Settings and enable Camera for Helpful Huey. The app cannot work without it.
